Price Match Promise
We know price is really important, and that´s why we put so much effort into getting it right. We check and match the online and shop prices of our competitors, and when we match a national price, this applies in all our shops and on our website.
Our commitment to value is about much more than highly competitive prices, it´s about all those extra things that are worth a lot - like expert and impartial advice, or feeling confident that the product you´ve just bought will last. It might even be the knowledge that we´re responsible in our sourcing.
So, if you see or buy a product from us and find it cheaper with a competitor (that excludes online-only, EBay or web stores who don’t have shops), as long as their service conditions are comparable, such as delivery charges and guarantee terms, then we´ll match that price for you when you buy.
On each product page you will see a ‘Price Match’ button and if you see the exact same product elsewhere then press this button and fill out the Price Match form with the following details:
- Name and email address
- Telephone
- Product name
- Competitor's product link and competitor's price
- General information field
This form will be answered by our team and we will try our best to match that price!
Price match terms and conditions
The product must:
- Be an exact make and model of the one we are selling.
- Be a new product (not refurbished or reconditioned) and in its original packaging with all of its accessories.
- Be in stock at the competitor store, with the current price advertised.
- Not be a clearance or special offer item.
Other terms include:
- The price considered will be the total price (including shipping charges, taxes etc).
- Price-match products are not eligible for special offers or discounts.
- Typographical errors will not be matched.
- All price-matching is at our discretion and is subject to change.
Our price-match promise is a promise that we will try to match or beat any legitimate price for a product that you have seen cheaper elsewhere in another store.
