Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on 0845 130 2878 or email sales@aquacult.com.

We'll refund:

• the cost you paid for the product
• the delivery charge you paid to receive the item

Please note: if we've already issued delivery by the time you contact us, the above will still apply. However, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the good. If you're unable to send the product back to us, we can, at your own cost, arrange to collect the item from you. But you should be aware that if you ask us to arrange collection, as we use a courier service, you'll not be able to cancel this request.
